From the creative minds of two artists with expertise ranging from gothic calligraphy and paper cutting, they present The Write Cut!
The Write Cut
In partnership with iFex Papers and Commune, we’ll be doing a Gothic Calligraphy + Paper Cutting workshop in Commune Cafe at Makati. Paolo Tugano and IÂ will be teaching the basics and foundation of Gothic letters and also learn on how you can draw/cut them. I will also be sharing some project ideas on how you can use the Gothic lettering and paper cutting.
Also, we will set up a pop up craft shop and paper station in Commune during the workshop!

Whoah! Aside from calligraphy, I’ve been looking for how to cut good art. It’s just that it’s limited to MM residents and those who live nearby. How I wish there would be workshops available nationwide so that those who are interested individuals can easily join and participate.
You could follow artists that are in your area and in case they give a workshop you could attend. 🙂
I really find such craft amazing compared to the ones we used to know since we were young. Glad that there are workshops that focus on this niche. I really love to experience only if I am just near the location.
