For a person who could be stressed almost all the time, a relief would always be nice. Luckily, I encountered this amazing stress reliever called Re-leaf.
Re-Leaf: Brain Boosting Stress Reliever
People across various walks of life truly experience different levels of stress depending on their current living situation. Luckily, when we strolled around World Trade Center (in Pasay City) for Manila Food and Beverage Expo (or MAFBEX) last June, we came across this.
We got to know about Re-Leaf.
This particular oil is created from organic products. Usually, products that we commonly see in the groceries.
Its ingredients consists of kalamansi, peppermint, lemongrass and pili or elemi oil. These are products that we see in our grandmothers’ gardens. Usually, we’d go to our trusted Vicks or Katinko to relieve headaches or muscle pains or even colds and coughs.
When I met them at MAFBEX, I was instantly attracted to how organic this product is. Surely, organic products would usually cost more than the inorganic ones. They are connected with another organization mainly focusing on calamansi products. There were body butter, oil, and lip balm. But, all in kalamansi flavor!
But wait, it gets better.
There’s also a Kalamancello! It’s an alcoholic product made from kalamansi juice and coco nectar (or lambanog).
It has been a wonderful experience using this oil. Let me tell you why.
Stress and Headache
Well, most of the time that I’m stressed I would result to stress eating. Sometimes, I would eat chips or the pastries that my mom would send me. So, that’s how I got fat.
Now, with this oil, I would just put a drop on my palms and rub it together and occasionally sniff little by little. The aroma coming from the peppermint does relieve me right away. It is soothing and relaxing. So by just sitting down for a bit while sniffing, I get relieved in an instant. Surely, saves me money!
Some would tell me that I like going to places, it would involve walking to and fro locations. The result is that I would feel sore when I get home. What I do is to get a drop or two of the oil and rub it on my palm. Eventually, I would massage the sore parts.
First few moments would allow me to feel minty and soon, relaxed and relieved.
Colds and Cough
Not long ago, Sam caught a bad cold. He told me that it really pestered him so what I did was to let him smell the oil. It helped unclog his nose and eventually relieving his sinuses. Later on, I heard him cough.
So, learning from the people at the stall, this could also relieve cough. How?
- Use one (1) drop of oil and mix it with water. Stir it well.
Just after a few days, he felt better!
