Random Hello

I would always tell myself that choose progress not perfection. I always try to practice whenever I can and keep track of my progress.

Random Hello

Today, we would almost use the word hello in almost any conversation. I would think of it more than a way of greeting. You could make someone feel better by just saying hello.

For this video, I thought of using it instead of minimum since it could be hard for some to greet someone. Even if they are friends with the person. I wrote hellos and hola in this post. I just hope it could enlighten someone’s day.

Some of the pens used:

  • Platinum Brush & Brush Pen
  • ZIG Cocoiro, Fudebiyori, Brushables, Real Brush
  • Artline Stix Brush Marker
  • Tombow Brush PenΒ acid free
  • Marvy Uchida Le Plume
  • Pilot Petit 3Β fude
  • Sakura Pigma Brush
  • Faber Castell Pitt PenΒ brush

The materials used in the video are not sponsored. Those were all bought using my own money/savings.

Enjoy! 😃

P.S. I made you listen to classical music! 😜

I love that you now have videos! It just makes the calligraphy work more visible. You can also do tutorials, I’m sure lots of people would want to learn. Keep it up!

Nakakatuwa naman ang video mo. LOL. Sana ang ending meron ding showing you with a pretty smile. Watching your video, ang layo na ng narating mo sa calligraphy no, plus I remember reading one of your posts previously, kaliwete ka nga pala.

Like ko ang video mo, It seems that it is so easy to write those Hello on different pens. But, I know it aint. Ang hirap kaya nyan, I love to do some like that, and in digital font “Satisfy” is my favorite, thus, it’s one that I commonly use sa blog ko. Are those you mentioned of pens are in order from your video? Because I love the blue one πŸ™‚

Thank you po! I haven’t seen Satisfy font yet but will sure do. For the pens, yes, there are in order. The blue one that looks like a lego? That’s Artline brush marker. The other blue one that I used to write “hola” is ZIG Real Brush. πŸ™‚

Aw I love your video. Naalala ko tuloy dati nung parang nagiging adik ako sa calligraphy. Malaki nga ang nagastos ko dahil sa calligraphy ngunit panget padin ang mga gawa ko. I really need more practice and hard work. I envy you! You’re so talented! Keep it up

Gosh, this makes me want to buy a brush pen! I was able to attend an intro class to brush calligraphy, but I really want to join a more intensive one. If only I could find one near our place. Looking forward to more of your calligraphy posts πŸ™‚

Loved the video! Liked the look of the second ‘Hello’ the best, though they all look awesome. You’re really good at this. And I really enjoy watching the videos. ‘A girl is no one’ is that from Game of Thrones?

    Hello, Maria ❀️

I like the way you see life or a hobby or anything you value. Not perfection but progression. Again, something new I learned from much younger individuals like you.

I will try to always keep that in mind.

    Hello again, Maria ❀️

You make Calligraphy look so easy! Is it really? I see a lot of people taking Calligraphy classes but never have I participated in one. I have a rather bad handwriting, do you think it’s possible that I can write as beautiful as that? Haha Thanks!!

Hellos are always so refreshing and nice. It’s an act if recognizing someone and or a way of making a new friend. I like your starting quote. Choosing progress is really admirable. Something that a lot in this country should learn. Still really hoping for your lessons! ❀️

I agree with the first phrase, we should always aim for progress and not perfection. Aiming for perfection gives pressure and it takes the fun out of everything. Haha. Cool video. πŸ™‚ I envy you for this talent of yours. I couldn’t even write a simple hello in a nice way. Haha.
