So, my creative juice always runs low whenever exams are present. It’s as if a defense mechanism so I could still have enough juice to study and do well in school. But there was a time when it came back somehow.

Basically, my creative juice was depleting to nearly gone. I was focused on doing well on the exams, studying my ass off almost everyday for almost 24hrs a day. As we all know, law school is no ordinary school. Life is tough there and you got to really be brave!
I will tell you more about it in another post on a different time.
While I was on a day off from reading, I honestly thought of catching up on the episodes that I miss. I’m a sucker for tv series especially foreign ones. (You may think of K-drama but it’s not.) So, I downloaded every episode that I missed so as to relax my mind and let it restore itself. But then again, after an episode, my creative juice was recharged! Hence, this video.
I just hope I’m not boring you with my time-lapse videos filled with just my hand scribbling using various pens. Hope you enjoy!
Romerlin, hope you like this! 😘
Pens used:
- Artline Brush Stix
- ZIG Fudebiyori
- ZIG Cocoiro
- Tombow (for the heart)
Disclaimer: Neither of the video nor this post is sponsored. All the pens used were bought using my own resources.

December 9, 2016 at 3:34 AMTo be honest I think I have a slighty addiction to see this type of time lapse videos. I don’t know why really but I find them so satisfying to watch. I would love to be able to do such a beautiful handwriting but I’m not that gifted, unfortunately! Well done, it’s amazing! xx

December 9, 2016 at 4:45 PMI like it. I like that fact that it is 21 seconds long, so it is not excessive. I thought the video itself is a good way to show the visuals of how you do it, how you do calligraphy. About the only thing you can do next time, maybe a shout out to yours truly???

December 9, 2016 at 9:29 PMI feel you, I have just passed a Google exam yesterday and I have to pass another one until Christmas, as a requirement for my job. It was such a stressful day and by the time I got home my head was exploding and I had no energy left. Definitely not in a creative mood. Exams never help creativity, do they? Your video is really nice, I liked that it was short but sweet 🙂

December 10, 2016 at 2:54 PMI would not call these “scribbles!” You’re an artist because that is definitely art! Really beautiful. I hope law school is not too stressful and that you get some time off around the holidays.
