Buon Giorno Swiss Miss!
Just last week, I was able to go to the launch of the new flavor of Swiss Miss. We all know that Swiss Miss is made of premium, imported cocoa and real milk that really comforts our hungry minds and bodies. It refreshes us with new ideas needed to survive the day.
I have been drinking Swiss Miss for quite some time now. Personally, it is one of my ultimate favorite chocolate drinks in the supermarket. There was even a time that I hoarded some. Unfortunately, it only lasted for a week because I was drinking it from morning ’til evening.
About their launch, their venue was at the Promenade of Venice Grand Canal Mall. It was just where their huge Christmas tree was located. I lost my way going there because I wasn’t a frequent visitor of the place. Moreover, they served various Italian food served for all attendees and even drinks. We listened to Italian songs while waiting for the program to start.

Swiss Miss Chocolate Hazelnut
As we all know, Swiss Miss which is the world-famous chocolate powder drink that draws inspiration from the luxurious Italian lifestyle. Now, they are introducing their newest flavor: Chocolate Hazelnut. Their new flavor fuses the aroma and flavor of roasted, butterfly hazelnuts with silky, creamy, and frothy chocolate. Indeed, it’s a feast for our senses!

To be honest, I am not much of a fan of nuts with chocolate (e.g. chocolate hazelnut spread). But when I had a sip of this during the event, everything changed! I just fell in love with the drink and the flavor. There were also other twists with it. There was a drink where they mixed in strawberries to the chocolate hazelnut flavor.
For me, it was somehow too sweet. But the essence of the chocolate hazelnut flavor was there. It was inevitable even if there were berries included!

Anne Curtis for Swiss Miss
Just as when we thought that it was only about a new flavor, it was also an event where they introduced their first ever global Swiss Miss endorser. It was none other than Anne Curtis. insert squeal
No arm could ever hinder my fangirl heart.
I have been admiring her for quite some time now and seeing her during the launch was just purely magical!
Even if it rained during the day and a little drizzle during the event, it could not stop her from being there. I was even starstruck when she sat. I was seated just a few meters from the stage or podium. It was such a happy day for my fangirl heart.

She is living the sweet life because aside from hosting a tv show, she’s also doing films, tv advertisements, and travels in between. With her recent trip to Italy, it showed us her passion for life’s pleasures in the embodiment of food, fashion and ultimately, love.

Seriously, I think I would love the hazelnut variant since I’m a HUGE fan of Nutella. I won’t probably drink it on a daily basis though because I’m trying to cut back on sweets right now. Is this the same event where they gave out mugs with your name on it?

I’m also a hazelnut nut (pardon the pun)- so Swiss Miss and hazelnut- how could you go wrong right? Will look for this the next time I grocery. 🙂 P.S. Anne Curtis looks absolutely adorbs in that dress!

I have to agree with what she said, that we should allow ourselves with indulgence. I like rewarding myself too especially when I’ve gone through some hard stuff. I love Swiss Miss by the way, defiinitely one of the most delicious chocolate drinks there is.

And at the coffee corner close to my work banana mocha. The Swiss Miss chocolate hazelnut definitely sounds like something I would love. Good to hear you love the new drink. I hope this new flavor will become available in my country as well.

I love Swiss Miss hot chocolate too especially with hot marshmallows. The new flavors is really timely for the holiday season. I can imagine drinking hot chocolate on Christmas eve. I wonder how the new flavor tastes like. If I see hazelnut on the label, I usually think of the taste of Nutella.
