Blogging may give us some challenges and through the years we need prompts to encourage us to keep doing what we do best. These prompts aim to help every blogger out there facing hardships.
Freshen Up With These Blogging Prompts #5
Most of us know that blogging can be quite a challenge especially if we are stuck on a hump. Ideas may come in and out of our minds which could be considered as prompts that could get us back to writing. Work may consume a lot of our energy and brain cells. But surely, reading your favorite book or website will recharge you from all the tiredness you feel.
Some wonder why bloggers seem like they do not lose ideas when it comes to writing. From my experience, we still feel that hump that goes for so long. Some may survive it quickly yet it has a possibility to come back.
The purpose of this posts is to share random ideas that could help you get back on track with creating, in general.
So without further ado, here are the ideas!
#1 How do you see yourself in 5 years?
This is a question that most interviewers ask to every aspirant who wants to join a certain company. But, it is one way of knowing where do you see yourself in the coming years.
Some do not set goals about where they will be a few years from now. This can have a negative effect since goal setting is a tool that helps most people determine where will they be in the future. Not only that it will create motivation for you, but also instill a habit.
That habit becomes a part of your whole system and you will never ever forget it. 😉
#2 Most Recent Dreams
This may be a weird prompt but sometimes, it is fun to share stories about our dreams. Most would say that these are just part of our subconscious. But, what do you think?
There are times that we aspire to accomplish and fulfil our dreams when we were young kids. Some of those aspirations may be accomplished little by little. Another blog post that may be created from the steps you want to accomplish to be able to reach your dreams.
Not only that, but it would be also a great read to include some definitions or interpretations about your dreams. Right? ☺
#3 What is the most annoying thing you did?
In life, there are those things that we do. Some of those things embarrass us or at times, we regret those things that we did. This could be a recount on those events that transpired. Relatives and future children like exchanging stories wherein it could teach them lessons or give them a good laugh.
Others crave the juiciest stories we have from the past. Not only these could be interesting to them, but also a way of connecting you to other people. Some may not like it but surely, there’s a benefit to this. The annoying thing (for us) is a source of amusement for them. Also, it is a source of lessons and wisdom for us to learn from.
Lastly, even if it’s annoying at first but it is also filled with lots of lessons.
#4 Sleepovers: Real or Fake
Now, this is a debate that I have noticed through the years. Some say that it is a way for a man to get into a woman’s pants. However, others argue the opposite. People sleep over at their friends’ place because of emergencies or lack of access to their own flat.
I remember before when I was young, I was not able to attend even just one. When college came, that was the only time that I was able to do it. It was so much fun!
With this prompt, I wish to read what is your opinion about sleepovers and how do you deal with it. Some do it grandly yet others just simply do each other’s makeup or hair.
#5 How to survive a creative block?
For content creators like ourselves, there are times we encounter roadblocks that hinder us. A creative life entails so many things that could exhaust ourselves along the way. How can we defeat these roadblocks and continue to survive?
Living a creative life is composed of various ingredients. Most often than not, we are in our nooks creating various artworks, videos or even articles that express ourselves. Sometimes, due to unwanted forces or energies, we are stuck.
Beating these blocks is different from one person to another. What is great about sharing is that we can learn from one another on how could we defeat it. In the end, we’ll be continuously creating. Right? 😁
Don’t forget to pin this!
So, which one is your favorite prompt in this set? ☺

Your first writing prompt made me pause. I think I will try to explore and answer that question in the coming months. So far, I have not yet finished finalizing all my goals for the year. But I have achieved a few already in the first 2 months. I hope to make 2018 another banner year for me. I know that with God’s help, nothing is impossible.

I do agree with your point on ‘Creative Block’. And when it happens, you are simply unable to move a single muscle. You become depressed and start thinking that you have lost your way. Isn’t it?
